Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Program Manager for Delivery Commercial Operations to oversee Merchant Onboarding processes and drive end-to-end improvements.

You will craft future state processes, align with strategic goals, and implement best practices across the organization. You will partner with Commercial teams, Finance, Product, Compliance, and Engineering to automate workflows, analyze data, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar field.
• 6+ years in Business Operations or Strategy roles within a commercial environment (Merchant, Sales, Revenue, or Product Operations).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Future State Process Design: Lead the design, analysis, and documentation of Merchant Onboarding processes to improve efficiency, create standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strategic Alignment & Commercial Centricity: Ensure processes align with Delivery’s strategic objectives and contribute to long-term commercial goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancement and monitoring performance metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Commercial, Regional SMEs, Finance, Product and Compliance to gather requirements and implement changes.
• Change Management: Support communication and training initiatives related to process improvements.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor process performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support Technology Integration: Collaborate with Engineering to enable process automation and data analysis.
