Whip, Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead our driver onboarding and sales outreach team in Mexico City. You will drive hands-on sales, oversee account management for newly approved drivers, and coordinate pickups and deposits in a fast-paced startup.

You will coach and performance-manage a small team, ensure daily production goals, and maintain quality standards while optimizing the driver conversion pipeline through outreach, onboarding, and invoicing processes.

Formación

• 3+ years in sales, account management, onboarding, or operations.
• Previous leadership or team-leading experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Experience tracking productivity metrics and team performance.
• Fluent or highly proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead driver onboarding and sales outreach efforts, serving as primary contact for newly approved drivers.
• Manage and coach a sales/onboarding team to meet daily targets and quality standards.
• Oversee pickup coordination, invoicing, and deposition processes for drivers.
• Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Applications, Compliance, HR, Fleet Operations) to optimize workflows.
• Maintain accurate reporting and CRM records; ensure SOP adherence.
