Position: Mental Health Specialist

This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring mental health and emotional well-being programs, ensuring regulatory compliance while promoting a healthy organizational culture. The role combines a clinical approach with a preventive and strategic mindset, directly impacting employees' experience and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement mental health programs focused on prevention, intervention, and emotional well-being.
• Provide case management and clinical follow-up for employees, ensuring timely and appropriate support.
• Develop preventive programs related to mental health and psychosocial well-being.
• Ensure compliance with NOM-035 and other applicable regulatory requirements related to psychosocial health.
• Support the implementation and compliance of mental health initiatives aligned with industry requirements (AFAC).
• Develop initiatives that strengthen organizational culture around mental health and employee well-being.
• Assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (required).
• Experience designing and implementing mental health programs in organizational settings.
• Experience in clinical case management and employee support.
• Knowledge of and experience with NOM-035 compliance (required).
• Experience developing preventive mental health programs.
• Experience working in corporate or industrial environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business areas.
• English proficiency preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills, empathy, and a commitment to employee well-being.
