Job summary

Vivaaerobus is seeking a Reporting Manager to lead the preparation, validation, and delivery of financial, regulatory, and statistical reports for executives and external regulators. You will coordinate submissions to BMV, CNBV, and BIVA while strengthening controls and automating processes.

You will manage a cross-functional team, develop dashboards, and ensure data reliability across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Operations. Bilingual English proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years in financial, regulatory, or statistical reporting, auditing, controllership, or related functions.
• Experience leading teams or coordinating cross-functional processes with tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Experience consolidating large volumes of data and ensuring data reliability.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, validation, and delivery of internal reports for executives and external bodies.
• Coordinate information submission to regulators (BMV, CNBV, BIVA, etc.).
• Manage reporting calendar and anticipate risks or deviations.
• Consolidate data from multiple departments and perform reconciliations.

Position: Reporting Manager

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in financial, regulatory, and statistical reporting to lead the preparation, validation, and delivery of key information for executive management and various external organizations. This position will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, consistency, and timely delivery of reports, strengthening internal controls, and developing automation initiatives to improve the efficiency and reliability of information.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, validation, and delivery of internal reports for executive management, ensuring the quality and consistency of financial, operational, and statistical information.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of information required by the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), BIVA, and other regulatory organizations.
• Manage the overall reporting calendar, ensuring compliance with deadlines and anticipating potential risks or deviations.
• Consolidate information from Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Commercial, Operations, and other departments, performing reconciliations and validations to ensure data reliability.
• Coordinate and support external and internal audits, manage information requests, and follow up on findings until their resolution.
• Strengthen internal controls, review and approval processes, and documentation practices to ensure information traceability.
• Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities across data extraction, transformation, validation, and consolidation processes.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor reporting compliance, quality, and process efficiency.
• Lead and develop the team, coordinating deliverables, responsibilities, and operational continuity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure proper information integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial, regulatory, or statistical reporting, auditing, controllership, or related functions.
• Experience leading teams or coordinating cross-functional processes involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Knowledge of accounting processes, reconciliations, internal controls, and supporting documentation.
• Experience consolidating, analyzing, and validating large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with data transformation and visualization tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Experience preparing reports for BMV, CNBV, BIVA, AFAC, INEGI, the Ministry of Economy, or ARC is a plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, ERP systems, and financial or operational databases is a plus.
• Experience in process automation, standardization, and data quality improvement.
• Strong leadership, planning, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
