Job summary

Soho House & Co in Los Cabos is seeking a Membership Manager to directly look after, recruit new members, and sustain a carefully chosen membership base. You will be the face of the club for members, handling feedback and ensuring club rules are observed.

The role requires maintaining the membership committee's productivity and relationships, supporting events and member benefits, and assisting the management team as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience leading a professional, high-quality, service-oriented operation.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• A long-term city resident with extensive knowledge of the local area, Los Cabos, and a personal network across arts, film, music and culinary.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; ability to travel to the Los Angeles area.
• Sophisticated communicator with high standards of performance, problem solving and listening skills.
• Charismatic, confident creative with in-depth knowledge of the local market and experience with celebrities.
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Upholds Soho House brand standards and manages member relationships and committee.
• Assist in generating applications for waitlist through network and knowledge of the creative industries.
• Manage daily interactions with members and guests to ensure exceptional service.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and guests; resolve member issues and follow up.
• Contribute to guest lists for major events and support retention efforts.
• Educate staff on generating member applications and committee processes.
