Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Professional Sales Representative to drive DePuy Synthes' growth in Mexico through our distributors. You will develop and execute the territory plan, strengthen market coverage, and ensure commercial execution aligned with priorities. The role requires strategic selling, account management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Travel 20–30% is expected. Fluent English and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, Biomedical Engineering, health-related fields, or related disciplines.
• Experience in commercial roles within medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, or related industries is required.
• Experience with distributors, indirect channels, strategic accounts, or territory development is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the territory commercial plan in Mexico, aligning with DePuy Synthes' objectives.
• Manage the commercial relationship with distributors, set priorities, action plans and follow-up on opportunities.
• Collaborate with distributors to develop accounts, expand territory coverage and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor territory performance and implement corrective actions to achieve commercial targets.
• Build relationships with clinical, administrative, and commercial stakeholders relevant to the business.
• Promote adoption of DePuy Synthes technologies and solutions to support growth and market development.
• Identify opportunities, risks, and market needs to contribute to the commercial strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to execute territory priorities and maintain disciplined planning.
