Johnson & Johnson Mexico, DePuy Synthes division seeks a Private Market Sales Manager to lead profitable growth of the Private Market business in Mexico. You will build a high-performing commercial organization and establish strong partnerships with Key Customer Accounts, shaping strategy and execution across territories.

This role requires capable leadership, strategic account management, and the ability to engage C-suite executives, hospital leaders, and clinicians.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare or related field.
• At least 5 years in sales and commercial leadership.
• Experience in Medical Devices, MedTech, healthcare or another complex B2B environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Private Market sales strategy and execution.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority KCAs. Build relationships with senior hospital decision-makers and key clinical stakeholders, including engagement with C-suite executives.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Private Market sales organization. Establish clear expectations and provide regular coaching.
• Establish a strong performance-management rhythm with core KPIs such as net trade sales growth, market share, profitability and forecast accuracy.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Commercial Excellence and other functions to ensure launches and account programs are executed and aligned with business priorities.
