Enovis is seeking a Customer Care Associate in Mexico to serve as the primary contact for customers via phone and email. You will manage orders, provide information on products and pricing, and handle escalations to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Key duties include processing orders, coordinating with Supply Chain and Manufacturing for ETAs, and maintaining strong customer relationships while delivering timely, clear communications across channels.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Experience in MedDevice/Manufacturing industry preferred.
• Passion for exceeding Customer expectations.
• Proven success in building rapport with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, provide accurate order and product information.
• Process customer orders accurately and in line with procedures.
• Expand relationships by offering alternative solutions where applicable.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain/Manufacturing for accurate ETAs on deficient products.
• Manage email communications and ensure timely responses to requests.
• Identify and communicate root causes of high-level service issues.
