Enovis is seeking a Customer Care Associate in Tijuana to serve as the main contact for customers via phone and email. You will handle inquiries, orders, escalations, and service issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key duties include processing orders, coordinating with Supply Chain for accurate ETAs, and communicating with multiple departments to resolve issues quickly. Experience in MedDevice/Manufacturing is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferred in MedDevice/Manufacturing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and root cause issues and resolve problems promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with timely, accurate information on orders, products, pricing, and service inquiries.
• Process customer orders accurately and according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to determine ETAs for deficient products.
• Coordinate with different areas to fulfill customer needs and document interactions for follow-up.
