Job summary

Qualifications

• We are looking for candidates familiar with machined components and basic quality processes.
• Knowledge of compressors, engines, or rotating equipment is preferred.
• Experience with thermodynamics, quality tools, and GD&T is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing of existing platforms and introduction of new compressors with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with design/drafting teams to implement product changes from concept to production.
• Timely evaluation of manufacturing and quality investigations.
• Work with a global team to sustain compression product platforms (quality, cost, manufacturability).
• Apply engineering tools to improve robustness, manufacturability, and cost while meeting specs.
