Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing of existing platforms and introduce new reciprocating and screw HVAC compressors with global cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with design/drafting teams to implement changes from concept to production, interfacing with manufacturing and suppliers.
• Timely evaluation of product manufacturing and quality investigations.
• Work within a global cross‑functional team of engineers, designers, and operations to sustain compression product platforms.
• Apply engineering and quality tools to improve robustness, manufacturability, and cost.
