Carrier seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Santa Catarina, NL, Mexico. The role involves leading product development, testing, and optimization of components for HVAC and related systems.

You will drive cost-saving initiatives and ensure design for manufacturing across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree (Master's preferred) with 5–7 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with SAP or Windchill for ERP/PLM.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years in product development, sustaining, or cost-reduction roles in HVAC/refrigeration sectors.

• Manage elements of product development including cost estimates and specs.
