Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 1-2 years in manufacturing or fixture design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop fixtures and semi-automated equipment for NPI and manufacturing.
• Lead projects from concept to production deployment.
• Solve engineering challenges with data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency with fixture and automation solutions.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into scalable fixture and equipment designs for NPI.
• Maintain engineering documentation and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Support equipment startup and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive scalable automation-focused solutions aligned with FED's strategy.
