Job summary

Qualifications

• Education in Industrial Engineering or equivalent (technical degree)
• Previous manufacturing work experience is required
• Ability to apply industrial engineering skills: capacity analysis, cycle time analysis, data analysis
• Fluent English and SAP knowledge; strong PC software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab/SPC XL, Visio, Mind Map)

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of multiple projects
• Generate labor standard time
• Conduct time studies and capacity identification
• Load routers correctly in SAP
• Structure product cost logic by area/work center/operation
• Develop Capacity Models within SAP
• Ensure cost roll-up processes
• Communicate with manufacturing core teams for priority management
• Propose line designs to optimize capacity and material flow
• Support SAP/PN related projects
• Analyze cost performance vs. standard
• Validate changes to product and process for improvements
• Execute cost roll up
