You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches, solve technical challenges, and drive manufacturing excellence with rigorous engineering practices. The candidate will have advanced degrees and a proven track record in NPI, product development, or manufacturing engineering, with strong English
Formación
- Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of scientific R&D, product development, or advanced engineering exp.
- Experience leading technical projects, strong analytical skills, and problem solving.
Responsabilidades
- Lead NPI and manufacturing process development activities.
- Collaborate with Technology, Manufacturing, and PM teams for project execution.
- Analyze data, perform root cause and failure analysis, implement durable solutions.
- Drive DFM initiatives to improve quality and operational performance.
- Communicate status, risks, and technical recommendations to stakeholders.
