Flex is seeking a Materials Manager for our Guadalajara North Campus to support materials planning, inventory control, and supplier coordination. You will lead the planning activities, ensure timely delivery of materials at cost, and maintain conformance through cycle counts and documentation.

Strong leadership and English fluency are required. You will collaborate with purchasing, project managers, operations, and warehouse teams to meet customer expectations while optimizing inventory levels

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
• Senior-level experience in planning and purchasing; MPS experience preferred.
• Supplier management and escalation handling; inventory forecasting; LvC/EO inventory knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning activities across the site.
• Direct activities to distribute inventory to the production line.
• Manage and minimize excess and obsolete inventory to protect margins.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials at lowest cost while meeting quality standards.
• Negotiate with customers and coordinate with purchasing, project, and warehouse managers.
• Perform cycle counts and ensure proper shipping and documentation of finished goods.
• Develop and maintain material control policies and procedures.
