Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree in Supply Chain management or relevant discipline.
• Experience with supply chain concepts and manufacturing via internships or training.
• Analytical and technical skills to understand business practices and automation opportunities.
• Intermediate computer skills and understanding of electronic processing.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Purchases parts, equipment, and materials with approved suppliers and issues POs reflecting price and terms.
• Plans and manages production capacity load for maximum on-time delivery.
• Maintains open purchase orders, quotes, work orders, and lead times.
• Monitors production execution and supplier performance; flags issues early.
• Resolves shipment quality discrepancies with suppliers and coordinates resolutions.
• Negotiates settlements for damaged goods, returns, and nonconformities.
• Keeps inventory levels accurate and generates tracking reports.
• Supports receipt, storage and transfer of material and related system transactions.
