Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Production Planner to join our team in Mexico—Toluca. The role requires analytical, highly organized individuals who will plan production, manage inventory, and coordinate with cross-functional teams using MRP/MPS, Kanban, and JDE/ERP systems.

You will schedule production, maintain material availability, execute planning processes, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with customer requirements across Parker divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with MRP/MPS, ERP systems, and Kanban is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production for finished goods, raw materials, and components.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability and operational continuity.
• Execute production planning processes using MRP, MPS, and Master Production Plan tools.
• Prepare monthly production plans within the first three business days of the month.
• Manage and follow up on Kanban loops.
• Create, track, and close production orders in JDEdwards / ERP systems.
• Coordinate with supply, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of plans.
• Follow up on requirements from internal customers and other Parker divisions.
• Support a high-performance, continuous improvement-oriented work environment.
