Danfoss in Apodaca, Mexico seeks a Production Supervisor to lead high-volume manufacturing operations. You will oversee production lines, drive safety and quality, and collaborate with Quality and Maintenance to uphold equipment reliability and process standards.

Strong leadership, SAP/MES proficiency, and clear communication are essential to engage floor teams and sustain on-time output in a busy manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing leadership to deliver consistent operational results.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and manufacturing execution tools.
• Strong communication skills in professional and floor-level environments to drive engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage production lines to achieve daily output and quality targets.
• Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams on equipment reliability and process standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety protocols and waste reduction using Lean methodologies.
• Work with shift leads and operators to ensure clear communication of production goals and safety requirements.
• Execute daily floor audits and performance tracking that supports our overall operational excellence
