Danfoss GmbH in Reynosa, MX is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee material planning, production planning, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment on site.
You will collaborate with Purchasing, Production Planning, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to optimize supplier performance, inventory levels, and on-time delivery.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven supply chain leadership; English and Spanish fluency are essential.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
- Proven experience in supply chain, purchasing, or production planning in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with SAP and inventory management processes.
- Strong Excel, Power BI, and analytical capabilities.
Responsabilidades
- Supervise daily supply chain operations to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate purchasing and supplier activities to resolve shortages and delays.
- Align production schedules with capacity needs and customer delivery priorities.
- Monitor KPIs such as supplier performance and inventory levels to drive decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement in supply chain processes and changes.
