Emerson in Chihuahua, Mexico is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to manage warehouse stock, control inputs/outputs, and maintain balances across physical materials and the inventory system.

You will lead cycle counts, coordinate material locations, generate KPIs, supervise warehouse staff, and collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate, timely shipments and compliance with export/import requirements.

Formación

  • Degree in engineering or related field; knowledge of inventory control best practices.
  • Intermediate/advanced English required for communications.
  • 5+ years in inventory control, warehouse and finish goods administration, plus shipments and logistics.

Responsabilidades

  • Inventory control in warehouses (raw and finish goods).
  • Manage inputs and outputs in stores and maintain balances in the inventory system.
  • Develop procedures and routines for cycle counts.
  • Coordinate material location and identification in stores.

  • Coordinate material flow from receipt to production, including export/import documentation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Inventory control in warehouses (raw and Finish goods).
  • Control inputs and outputs in stores.
  • Maintain inventory balances of both physical materials and the inventory control system.
  • Develop procedures and routines cycle count
  • Coordinate the correct location and identification of materials in stores
  • Generate key performance report
  • Supervision of warehouse staff
  • Develop systems to coordinate the flow of materials receipts, receipt inspection, warehouse and production area.
  • Make sure to perform transactions for suspect material.
  • Export document management.
  • U.S. and foreign country requirements for export/import shipments.
  • Freight weight quote request and carriers' management.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Education: Degree and/or Engineering or related field
  • English: Intermediate/Advanced
  • 5 years minimum experience or more in inventory control, warehouse and finish goods administration as well as shipments and logistics.
  • Ability to travel including internationally(USA-VISA).
