Emerson is seeking an experienced inventory control specialist to manage warehouse operations, including raw and finished goods, inputs/outputs, and inventory balances. The role emphasizes cycle counts, material location accuracy, and KPI reporting within a global shipping environment.

You will supervise warehouse staff and coordinate material receipt flows, inspections, and export/import documentation, with travel as required to support international operations.

Formación

  • Degree required or engineering/related field.
  • English: intermediate/advanced.
  • 5+ years in inventory control, warehouse and finish goods administration, and shipments/logistics.
  • Ability to travel internationally (USA visa).

  • Coordinate correct location and identification of materials in stores.
  • Generate key performance reports.
  • Supervision of warehouse staff.
  • Develop systems to coordinate the flow of materials receipts, receipt inspection, warehouse and production area.
  • Process transactions for suspect material.
  • Export document management.
  • U.S. and foreign country requirements for export/import shipments.
  • Freight weight quote requests and carriers' management.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Coordinate the correct location and identification of materials in stores
  • Generate key performance report
  • Supervision of warehouse staff
  • Develop systems to coordinate the flow of materials receipts, receipt inspection, warehouse and production area.
  • Make sure to perform transactions for suspect material.
  • Export document management.
  • U.S. and foreign country requirements for export/import shipments.
  • Freight weight quote request and carriers' management.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Education: Degree and/or Engineering or related field
  • English: Intermediate/Advanced
  • 5 years minimum experience or more in inventory control, warehouse and finish goods administration as well as shipments and logistics.
  • Ability to travel including internationally (USA-VISA).
