Emerson in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks a Senior Lean Manufacturing Engineer to lead continuous improvement, design VSMs, and optimize material flow, layouts, and inventory control. You will implement pull systems and Kanban, collaborating across global teams, and may travel as needed (USA visa). Fluent English at an intermediate/advanced level is expected.

A related engineering degree is required. The role emphasizes process optimization, standard operating procedures, and cross-functional teamwork

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• English: Intermediate/Advanced.
• 5+ years' experience in Lean Manufacturing, Material Flow Design, Continues Improvement, or Industrial Engineering.
• Ability to travel including internationally(USA-VISA).

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• English: Intermediate/Advanced
• 5+ years' experience in Lean Manufacturing, Material Flow Design, Continues Improvement, or Industrial Engineering.
• Ability to travel including internationally(USA-VISA).

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Implementation of automation technologies such as: Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Scan tunnels.
