Emerson in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead Lean initiatives and optimize material flow across the plant. You will design robust systems, improve layouts, and drive efficiency through standardized procedures and visual management.

The role requires 5+ years in Lean/Industrial Engineering, strong English skills, and willingness to travel internationally (USA visa). A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

• 5+ years' experience in Lean Manufacturing, Material Flow Design, Continuous Improvement, or Industrial Engineering.
• Ability to travel internationally (USA visa).

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.




• English: Intermediate/Advanced




• 5+ years' experience in Lean Manufacturing, Material Flow Design, Continues Improvement, or Industrial Engineering.




• Ability to travel including internationally(USA-VISA).

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Implementation of automation technologies such as: Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Scan tunnels.
