SEGULA Technologies in Toluca, MX is seeking an experienced Logistics Engineer to lead front-end engineering for high-volume manufacturing supply chains. You will analyze line layouts, perform bottleneck analyses, and use simulation to identify improvements while coordinating with Station Design, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering and 5 years in automotive environments are required; you will present readiness plans

Formación

5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or assembly.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel for line layouts and analysis.
Experience with warehousing, automation, and AMR

Responsabilidades

Perform long lead or front end engineering for logistics processes.
Present readiness plans to steering committee and customer.
Lead simulation and bottleneck analysis to identify improvements.
Coordinate with Station Design, Manufacturing Eng., and Quality teams.
Lead continuous improvement projects and track launch metrics.
Support pilot builds and process validation during pre-production phases.
