Ford México is seeking a Material Flow Engineer to design, evaluate, and execute internal logistics and material handling for new programs at VO plants in Hermosillo. You will lead facility readiness, floor-space planning, and flow studies across pre-production and launch milestones to ensure on-time delivery within budget and lean safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor of Engineering (Engineering degree) required.
• CAD 2D design and isometric layouts for material flow and plant production areas.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills for data analysis and documentation.
• English language proficiency required for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering support for material flow; document standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with planning, production, and supply chain to ensure policy adherence and continuous improvement.
• Design and develop material flow processes and equipment.
• Recommend changes to improve safety, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Participate in plant layout activities and floor space analyses.
• Assist in qualifying material handling equipment requirements and optimize flow.
