Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Toluca, Mexico, seeks a Logistics Engineer to lead the internal logistics network for new product introductions and continuous improvement projects. You will drive front-end logistics engineering, develop simulation studies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and manufacturing.

The role focuses on optimizing material delivery, leading Kaizen initiatives, and tracking launch metrics such as cycle time and quality to ensure

Responsabilidades

Lead the internal logistics network for new product introductions and continuous improvement.
Perform front-end logistics engineering, estimating automation, space, docks and equipment needs.
Support the program team with cost-justification studies.
Present the station readiness plan to Steering Committee and customer.
Present logistics and station design to the core launch team including product, engineering, industrial engineering and operations.
Lead simulation and bottleneck analyses to identify improvements.
Guide Station Design, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality to implement design and process improvements.
Lead or participate in Kaizen workshops and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Track launch metrics: cycle time adherence, first-time quality, downtime, throughput.
Support pilot builds, tool trials and process validation in pre-production.
