SEGULA Technologies in Toluca, MX is seeking a Lead Industrial Engineer for Internal Logistics Engineering to optimize material delivery for new product introductions. You will collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure smooth ramp-up and no material shortages.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop and implement delivery methodologies for automatic and manual systems, and support OEM production lines with performance and safety compliance.

Formación

• Experience supporting vehicle launches, retooling, or model changes.
• Experience with external logistics methodologies.
• Knowledge of throughput simulation and material flow optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, concept design and budgets for equipment and automation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide build prints to the installation team.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of all material handling equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements during installation.
• Validate equipment performance and handover to operations.
