SEGULA Technologies is seeking a logistics engineer to lead the development of the internal logistics network for new product introductions and continuous improvement projects. You will perform front-end engineering for inventory and material flow, support cost-justification studies, and present readiness plans to key stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering or relevant logistics experience.
• 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or assembly.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel for line layouts and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of the internal logistics network for new product introductions and continuous improvement projects.
• Perform front-end engineering for logistics processes, including estimating automation, surface area, docks and equipment needs.
• Support program team with cost-justification studies.
• Present station readiness and logistics designs to steering committees and core launch teams.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) workshops and lean initiatives.
• Track launch metrics such as cycle time adherence and throughput.
