Flex in Guadalajara, Mexico, seeks a Master Scheduler to coordinate materials and production planning for on-time delivery with zero downtime. You will create daily schedules, supervise deadlines, and liaise between material management and program teams to balance demand and capacity.

The role requires a BS in Administration or Engineering in electronics, advanced English, and strong knowledge of MRP and Excel. Experience with NPIs and ERP systems is preferable.

Formación

• BS degree in Administration or equivalent.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of production floor planning and MRP.
• Experience with NPIs and scheduling under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Create daily production schedules.
• Supervise deadlines and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Utilize CTB (Clear to Build) to optimize scheduling.
• Coordinate with Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand.
• Collaborate with production personnel to address productivity issues.
• Plan efficient material flow from raw materials to final goods.
• Provide ERP and business system support and training as needed.
• Report key metrics on schedule performance.
