ABB en Apodaca busca un Supervisor de Producción para liderar una unidad de producción, transformando insumos en productos ABB de forma eficiente y segura. Serás responsable de planificar recursos, supervisar la ejecución de planes y asegurar entregas a tiempo cumpliendo criterios de calidad.

Requisitos: Ingeniería Industrial o mecánica, 5+ años en puestos similares, experiencia en planificación, KPI y normas ISO 45001/9001; nivel de inglés intermedio y habilidades de comunicación.

Formación

• Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial, mechanical o related Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and KPI management.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and safety regulations.
• Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies
• Knowledge of ISO standards (45001 and 9001).
• Intermediate English level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.
• Ensure production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements defined in the demand plan.
• Ensure execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the lines.
• Identify deficiencies in production area and drive improvement actions.

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.

The Work Model For The Role Is

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business en Apodaca.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Leads capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.
• Ensures that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
• Ensures execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.
• Identifies deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities, and oversees implementation of actions to improve production performance.

Qualifications For The Role
