Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Production Planner to manage planning activities for a dedicated workcell and mentor junior staff. The role focuses on ensuring 100% on-time delivery, build readiness, and accurate MPS against customer demand.

The ideal candidate will own BOMs and routings, manage material control and ERP scheduling, and drive improvements in capacity utilization while maintaining alignment with customer contracts and PO coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• APICS certification and supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, lead times, run rates, BOMs and routing to enable accurate scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into ERP system with PO coverage.
• Maintain 100% on-time delivery and accurate revenue forecasting.
• Coordinate capacity planning and material requirements; communicate constraints.
