Job summary

ABB is seeking an HR professional in Apodaca, Mexico to manage daily HR transactions for assigned service lines and oversee payroll processes for hourly workers. You will ensure data accuracy, adhere to local regulations, and support HR ops efficiency.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in Administration or related, 5+ years in manufacturing HR roles, and hands-on SAP/TRESS experience, with solid English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in similar HR roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP, TRESS and Microsoft Office.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican federal laws incl. LFT and IMSS.
• Intermediate English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day HR transactions for assigned service lines.
• Ensure accurate, timely payroll data collection and processing for hourly employees.
• Maintain records and documentation of payroll adjustments.
• Coordinate system updates, implementations, and improvements.
• Support audits, inspections, and information requests from IMSS and INFONAVIT.
