Qualifications

• 1-2 years of data validation and migration experience.
• Knowledge of data entry processes and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to learn new data systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Ability to manage multiple data entry tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Advanced business English skills (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems and databases.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Research and resolve data discrepancies or missing information.
• Handle data-related requests within SLAs.
• Generate routine reports and dashboards from entered data.
• Coordinate data entry workflows with other teams and prioritize tasks.
• Support data governance, quality, and audit activities.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to ensure data consistency and control compliance.
• Follow and refine data entry procedures and participate in improvements.
