Deloitte Americas Delivery Mexico is seeking a Senior Master Data Analyst in Querétaro, Mexico. You will drive data governance, research, and quality improvements across client, vendor, finance, and rates domains, partnering with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure reliable master data across platforms.

Formación

• Completion of course of study or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in master data management or data quality.
• Hands-on work with Client, Vendor, Finance, Rates data domains.
• Experience with data research, cleansing and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Informatica MDM, SAP and related tools.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Ability to support structured processes and quality reviews in a shared services environment.
• Candidates must be within commutable distance of the Querétaro Office.

• Support day-to-day master data operations across key domains.
• Perform data research, validation, enrichment, and maintenance.
• Review and resolve data quality issues with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze records for mismatches, duplicates, and hierarchy issues.
• Support end-to-end master data workflows including updates and checks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and answer inquiries.
• Partner with technology and operations to improve data flows and controls.
• Assist root cause analysis and suggest sustainable fixes.
