Job summary

North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. seeks a Master Data Specialist to support the Supply Chain team by entering and maintaining data across systems to ensure accuracy and integrity. You will coordinate with data owners and IT to uphold master data standards.

Key tasks include data input for Demand Planning, Procurement, and Sourcing; audits for inconsistencies; and updates to POs in Microsoft AX. Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Master Data maintenance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• General understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX, Great Plains).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain master data in key supply chain systems (Demand Planning, Procurement, Sourcing).
• Enforce master data policies with data owners and IT to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct data integrity audits to detect inconsistencies.
• Process supplier price updates and update POs in Microsoft AX.
• Participate in new part number processes and ECOs to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal customers to fulfill data requests and ensure compliance.
• Create and maintain SOPs for master data management.
