Fever is seeking a Marketplace Operations team member to help manage back offices, monitor daily operations, coordinate launches, and maintain external API integrations. You will work closely with PM, Product, QA, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth operation of Fever experiences.

Fluency in English and Spanish, 2+ years in similar roles, and strong communication are required. The role is based in Mexico City, with a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and opportunities for professional

Responsabilidades

• Manage Fever’s back offices across ticketing and distribution platforms.
• Perform daily operational monitoring of published experiences for correct setup and performance.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Product, QA, Marketing, Finance, and others to configure back-office plans and launches.
• Oversee day-to-day API integrations with external partners and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
• Attend weekly cross-team meetings to align priorities and report operational issues.
