Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Regional Manager for Mexico City to build and lead a high-performing team. You will drive events from A to Z, own the region’s P&L, and develop local industry connections to scale Fever’s experiences across markets.

You will liaise with departments to set strategy, optimize performance, and expand Fever’s footprint while managing senior stakeholders and partners.

Formación

• Project management, startup or consulting background.
• MBA from a top-tier school preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with large team management experience.
• Solution-focused, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to define solutions.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with relationships at C-level.
• Ability to influence/persuade across all staff levels.
• Extensive networking skills to build partnerships.
• Advanced commercial acumen; negotiate high-value deals.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the regional Mexico team (Project Managers, Producers, Location Scouters, etc.).
• Define regional growth strategy and ensure sales performance and customer excellence.
• Manage local partner portfolio and expand Fever's local network.
• Negotiate and close deals with partners and key stakeholders.
• Report performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly; provide coaching and feedback.
