Bayer (Schweiz) AG in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Marketing Director / Home Lead to guide brand-building efforts and lead a team across markets. You will steward capabilities, mentor talent, and partner with Work Leads to balance business delivery with sustainable development under the Dynamic Shared Ownership model.

You will translate consumer and market insights into growth, lead pricing and marketing programs, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Digital teams to achieve
