DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to support the Demand Generation team in multiple campaigns across our app ecosystem.

You will help develop strategies, manage campaigns, and optimize channels to drive traffic and orders for our ride-hailing and delivery platforms. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's in Business or Marketing, fluent in Spanish and English, and capable of turning data into actionable marketing insights while coordinating with cross-functional

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Strong strategic marketing thinking to build strategies and solve problems.
• Data-driven & analytical thinking with the ability to interpret results.
• Stakeholder management across teams to develop synergies.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy development & execution to drive traffic and orders to our app.
• Campaign management to raise awareness, consideration and conversion for our platform.
• Channel management of owned channels and internal systems with cross-functional partners.
• Creative asset development & optimization with internal teams.
• Research & insights to translate market trends into compelling messages.
• Process documentation and KPI tracking for continuous improvement.
• Reporting on marketing initiatives from planning to results.
