Philip Morris International in Mexico is seeking a Technical Training Coordinator to develop the technical capabilities of our manufacturing teams, ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills, and qualifications to perform safely, efficiently, and in quality compliance.

You will coordinate and execute training plans, monitor records and KPIs, work with Operations, Maintenance and Quality, and support budget planning while delivering high‑quality learning experiences.

Formación

• 3+ years of overall professional experience.
• At least 2 years in Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Learning & Development or Technical Training.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute technical training plans for manufacturing employees.
• Identify capability gaps and training needs with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and other stakeholders.
• Monitor training activities and align with production priorities.
• Manage training records, qualification matrices and documentation per QMS requirements.
• Track training KPIs and analyze effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate training delivered by OEMs and external providers.
