Vertiv seeks a skilled training leader to supervise instructors and deliver technical programs that raise line performance and operator readiness. The role drives safety, quality, and regulatory training aligned to Operational Excellence goals.

The ideal candidate will manage LMS-based initiatives, support digital learning adoption, and coordinate cross-training to improve workforce flexibility and yield in a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, training, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams.
• Experience delivering technical training in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach instructors to deliver training programs.
• Execute training plans across production areas to improve efficiency.
• Track training effectiveness and maintain audit-ready records.
• Support Lean, quality, and regulatory training initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-training and ensure certification for operators.
