Philip Morris International in Mexico is seeking a Technical Training Coordinator to develop the technical capabilities of our manufacturing teams, ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills, and qualifications to perform safely, efficiently, and in quality compliance.

You will coordinate and execute training plans, monitor records and KPIs, work with Operations, Maintenance and Quality, and support budget planning while delivering high‑quality learning experiences.

Formación

• 3+ years of overall professional experience.
• At least 2 years in Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Learning & Development or Technical Training.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute technical training plans for manufacturing employees.
• Identify capability gaps and training needs with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and other stakeholders.
• Monitor training activities and align with production priorities.
• Manage training records, qualification matrices and documentation per QMS requirements.
• Track training KPIs and analyze effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate training delivered by OEMs and external providers.

As a Technical Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing the technical capabilities of our manufacturing teams, ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills, and qualifications needed to perform safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.

Your 'Day to Day'

• Coordinate and execute technical training plans for manufacturing employees.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and other stakeholders to identify capability gaps and training needs.
• Schedule, organize and monitor technical training activities, ensuring alignment with production priorities.
• Manage training records, qualification matrices and documentation in compliance with Quality Management System requirements.
• Track training KPIs and analyze training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate technical training delivered by OEMs and external providers.
• Support budget planning and cost control related to technical training activities.
• Ensure training programs comply with safety, quality, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and support trainers and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Contribute to capability building initiatives that strengthen operational excellence across the factory.

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of overall professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Learning & Development or Technical Training.
• Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Technical Skills

• Technical training coordination and administration.
• Competency management and skills matrix maintenance.
• Training KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Budget tracking and cost management.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Training facilitation, coaching and knowledge transfer skills.

Language Skills

• Advanced English (required).
