Philip Morris International is seeking a Sustainability Lead / EHS Manager for the Guadalajara manufacturing site. You will drive environmental, health and safety excellence, partnering with operations leadership to embed sustainability into daily manufacturing.

The role emphasizes culture change, continuous improvement, and Lean practices, with focus on global standards and regulatory compliance. Lead audits, mentor teams, and foster safer, more sustainable operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in Environmental, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience in EHS, Sustainability, Health & Safety, Environmental Management in manufacturing.
• Experience in multinational organizations and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across the Guadalajara site.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and corporate/global standards.
• Lead audits, corrective actions, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor EHS indicators and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Build a proactive safety culture through coaching and visible leadership.
