National Pen in Mexico is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive high-volume production recruiting. You will manage direct and indirect labor recruitment, develop the in-house team, and partner with local agencies to build a robust pipeline for manufacturing roles.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of leadership experience recruiting in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage direct and indirect labor recruitment and partner with local staffing agencies.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office and ATS with strong data reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for direct and indirect labor in a manufacturing setting.
• Develop and lead an in-house recruiting team; maintain relationships with local staffing agencies.
• Coach and mentor the sourcing team; advocate for candidates and hiring managers.
• Introduce innovative sourcing methods to attract candidates and build pipeline.
• Collaborate with managers to align hiring with business priorities and driving productivity.
• Track sourcing metrics and present weekly to leadership; adjust strategies as needed.
