Zusammenfassung

Pens.com is seeking a Recruitment Manager/Talent Acquisition Manager for our Tijuana facility. You will lead the recruiting strategy across skilled trades, production, engineering and leadership roles, partnering with plant leadership and HR to align workforce planning with operations.

You will manage the full lifecycle, develop an in-house team, collaborate with agencies, and drive a high-velocity sourcing model while measuring and presenting hiring metrics to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years in leadership recruiting in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Fully fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience managing outsourced recruiting agencies and negotiating terms.
• Proven metrics-driven hiring results and ability to present metrics weekly.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and leadership.

Aufgaben

• Oversee full recruiting lifecycle: postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers for National Pen.
• Develop in-house recruiting team and manage relationships with local agencies.
• Coach and mentor team; partner with hiring managers to engage and place candidates.
• Introduce innovative sourcing methods across platforms and networks.
• Build high-velocity sourcing strategy aligned with operational priorities.
• Track and present sourcing metrics to leadership on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with production hiring managers to understand daily needs.
• Cultivate relationships with universities, schools, and government bodies.
• Adapt plans to changing hiring priorities and maintain cross-functional communication.
• Act as ambassador for Pens.com culture externally and internally.
