Pens.com in the Baja California region is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for our manufacturing facility.

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle—from postings to offers—build and mentor an in‑house team, and manage agency partnerships to sustain high‑volume hiring aligned with production priorities.

This role partners with plant leadership and HR to forecast staffing needs, track metrics weekly, and promote Pens.com's employer brand in the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline.
• 3+ years in a leadership role recruiting in high-volume manufacturing.
• Fully fluent in written and spoken English.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Social media marketing knowledge with Facebook/Instagram desirable.
• Experience managing outsourced recruiting agencies and vendors.
• Proven track record of metrics-driven hiring with weekly metric reviews.
• Organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Natural sense of urgency to execute quickly and efficiently.
• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle: postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers.
• Develop in-house recruiting team and relationships with local agencies.
• Coach and develop the recruiting team and partner with hiring managers.
• Introduce innovative sourcing methods to attract candidates.
• Build a high-velocity pipeline aligned to priorities with managers.
• Track sourcing metrics and present insights to leadership weekly.
• Collaborate with production hiring managers to understand daily needs.
• Build relationships with local universities and government organizations.
• Adapt to changing hiring priorities and plan to fill new roles.
• Communicate between recruiting, HR and leadership locally and globally.
