LEAR CORPORATION in Matamoros, Mexico seeks an Experienced Professional to lead Manufacturing Quality Improvement initiatives. You will design and implement quality programs focused on continuous improvement from the customer's perspective.

You will work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, analyze processes, and drive systemic changes across manufacturing operations. Strong knowledge of DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methods is required.

Formación

• Experience implementing quality management programs focused on customer value.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to engage employees at all levels to drive changes.
