Johnson Controls, Inc. in Matamoros, Mexico, seeks a seasoned Lean Manufacturing professional to drive process improvements and waste reduction within our plant.

You will lead Kaizen events, map value streams, and deploy 5S and ISO 14001 practices, collaborating with engineering and operations to boost OEE and efficiency.

The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, excellent English, and a strong problem-solving mindset to deliver measurable results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s level in engineering or an equivalent field.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience in HVAC industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support improvement activities arising from the rewards program.
• Support savings projects arising from KAIZEN events.
• Train and organize Value Stream Map activities.
• Realize, deploy and monitor Lean Assessment results.
• Coordinate the 5S audit and recognition program.
• Generate savings projects.
• Follow up to standardization of best practices.
• Line balancing.
• A3 development and problem solving.
