Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes in a world‑class environment. You will drive operational excellence using Lean, Six Sigma, PMBOK, and cross‑functional leadership.

The role emphasizes capacity expansion, new line launches, continuous improvement, and efficient material/flow systems in high‑volume settings. Strong hands‑on experience and strategic project management are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial/manufacturing disciplines required; master’s preferred.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing lines from concept to production.
• Strong Lean / Six Sigma background and process improvement track record.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing projects from concept through implementation and stabilization.
• Design and launch new production lines based on Lean principles.
• Conduct time/motion studies and line balancing to improve productivity.
• Manage capacity planning, automation, and process transfers.
• Apply PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum methodologies to deliver on time and budget.
